This second floor condo in the Lost Colony VII building features an open floor plan which is great for entertaining and relaxation. You can also enjoy coffee and meals on the private balcony. The first bedroom includes a queen bed and the second bedroom includes two single beds. The living room also includes a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. The living room also has a smart tv so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services (logging in with your own credentials). This condo also includes a stacked washer and dryer as well as 1 unassigned parking space. You'll also enjoy high speed internet/wifi and central airconditioning. This building does NOT have an elevator and will require the use of stairs to reach this second story condo. This location is near great restaurants like Harpoon Hanna's and Catch 54. Other attractions close by are St. Nick's mini golf and Fisher's Popcorn.

**Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for $109.95. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
