Braemar Towers 609 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 6th floor of the north tower. There is a king bed in the first bedroom, queen bed and single sleep chair in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. Unit 609 will have all new furniture for 2022! Owner added an air fryer for 2023 and two new living room chairs. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 3 Smart TV’s, 1 DVD player and free WIFI. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Limit of 6 people. The owner pays for your full linen package for your stay for full weeks only (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included.
