The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, central A/C, free Wi-Fi, and streaming services on each of the 2 flat-screen TVs. Located off 32nd Street bayside, the complex offers an outdoor pool and tennis courts for your enjoyment. The spacious living room opens up to an expansive balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area, ideal for family meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The master bedroom includes a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony access. The second bedroom features a queen and a bunk bed, with the second bathroom located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to 6, so bring the whole family! It includes two parking spaces, with additional street parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Non-smoking, animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
