2nd Floor 3 BR Condo Close to the beach with Pool!

You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door at this centrally located condo! Relax on the rear deck on the canal to watch the sunset. The condo has been recently remodeled with a new kitchen and living room!

Check In/Out days are Sunday or Wednesday/Thursday which can be flexible in the off season. We have a 15% discount if you book the week which can be Sunday-Sunday or Thursday-Thursday.

Easy code to check in and I send out an email with more information including a map before you arrive.

The space
This 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo has been updated with New kitchen, baths, flooring, and ready for it's guests! This condo comes fully furnished and nicely done! Main bedroom has a full bath and sliders to deck overlooking the canal with nice sunset views. Walking distance to the beach, pool, grocery, The Original Green Turtle, morning coffee(Dunkin) or walk to the famous Crabcake Factory for a Bloody Mary breakfast(they are delicious). Doesn't get any better than this!

Long weekend

The property was the perfect size and in a perfect location for what we were looking for. The host was available for any issues, which there were none. I wish there would have been linen service. This is the only small thing I would change. I highly recommend this unit and I will contact the host for my next visit.
