Welcome to Ocean Dunes 402! Your family of 8 will enjoy this 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Ocean Block Condo located in North Ocean City. This Spacious & Bright condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to the dining room & living room area. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, TV and sliders to private balcony with side view of ocean. The Master Bedroom features a king bed, private bath with jetted tub, ceiling fan, TV and sliders to private balcony with side view of ocean. The 2nd bedroom features 2 single beds and a TV. The 3rd Bedroom features a full size bed. The hall bath features a shower/tub combo. For your added convenience there is a washer & dryer in the unit, cable, wifi & internet. Building amenities include 2 assigned parking spots, elevator, outdoor pool-seasonal and outside shower. This property rents any three nights.
Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Did this already with Central Reservations. You do NOT want my summary...i was NOT pleased with the condo...NOT clean. Broken, needs rejuvenated.Central Reservations was fine...except maybe have better knowledge of individual properties
