This has been our family’s beach home for many years and underwent major renovations in 2024. The condo now features new luxury vinyl plank and tile flooring, fresh paint throughout, updated lighting, all-new furnishings, brand-new beds, free Wi-Fi, four TVs (including two smart TVs), and a private washer and dryer. Every detail has been thoughtfully upgraded to create a modern, comfortable coastal retreat.

As you enter, you are immediately greeted by stunning ocean views through large sliding doors that fill the space with natural light. The open-concept living area features plush new furniture, a flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access, creating the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for anything from quick breakfasts to full family meals. It includes a breakfast bar for casual dining and a spacious dining table with plenty of seating for everyone.

The primary bedroom is located just off the living room and offers a king adjustable bed, TV, and private access to the oceanfront balcony, allowing you to start and end each day with beautiful views. The attached bathroom features a tiled shower and vanity. The second bedroom includes a cozy queen bed, TV, and ample storage, while the third bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. A second full bathroom offers a jetted tub and shower combination.

Sea Watch is one of the largest and most amenity-rich condominium buildings in Ocean City, offering something for everyone. Guests enjoy three swimming pools (including indoor, outdoor, and kiddie pools), tennis courts, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts, a fitness center, sauna, playground, arcade, and even a complimentary on-site movie theater—just bring your own popcorn. There is also a snack shop, pizzeria, and ice cream options right within the building. The property features direct private beach access, six elevators, and 24-hour security and maintenance for your peace of mind.

Outdoor pool access is seasonal from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and indoor pool hours are available upon request. For added convenience, complimentary linens are available during your stay; if used, we kindly ask that they be laundered prior to departure, and guests are always welcome to bring their own if preferred.
