Jumbo sized Condo: If one word could characterize this condo it would be spacious. From the entrance portico, to very large great room area, to the master bedroom, the huge balcony, this unit is much larger than most condo's even built in the past 5 years. That means room for your extended family, or to split the unit with another family without the cramped tripping over others that often happens in smaller condos. With beach block property so expensive it is fairly rare to find such a spacious condo in a new building so close to the Beach. What a great combination!
