The 9400 Building provides everything you need to make the most of your stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Great place with a great view

We stayed here during the Ocean's Calling festival. It was the perfect place with beach and bay views and steps from the shuttle bus to the event.

Not as expected for what we paid

By comparison, this property was not as we expected based upon the price that we paid. We have paid a similar price for other properties in the past that were clean and fully functional. This property was not either of those.
