Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $65.

We hit the jackpot with this location. My wife and i took my mother-in-law away for a long weekend. Though it was windy and a little cool, having 2 balconies was perfect. When the winds were too cool coming off the water, we could sit on the side balcony and see the ocean and the bay. We can't wait to go back again next year!!! My mother-in-law , who tends to wake up at 3am was able to watch the sun rise each day. She would then take naps while sitting outside other times of the day. Kitchen was great, we even stayed in and i cooked Lobster for the family, No Lines to wait in that way!! Pleaee let us know when you open dates for next year, we can't waitcto return!!!

Nice place to stay, parking can be frustrating if your spot isn't open.

The property and location were nice. Check in and parking were a but frustrating. When we checked in we had nowhere to park because the cleaning people were in our spot which caused an argument with another renter as we were in their spot while I tried to get our parking situation resolved. Also while we were out to eat, we came back to find an AC repair man parked in.out spot. Employees or repairmen should have a seperate place to park or park in the spot for the place they are servicing. They should be out before we are told we can check in. The whole parking situation made a bad start to our vacation. Especially when the only thing the person checking us in said is "well I don't know what to tell you or what to do".
