It is a quick walk to the beach (about 2 blocks) and also conveniently located to explore all that Ocean City has to offer. Located near 104th street, you are close to many fantastic restaurants/bars such as Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets and Lombardi’s to name a few. Entertainment such as miniature golf, go-carts, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and water parks are all just a short drive away. You’ll also love the proximity to the 94th street Mall for groceries and last-minute supplies.

* This condo is on the 1st floor.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 111th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between May 25th and September 22nd. There is no guard on duty in month of September.

* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
