Disliked: Cleanliness
Check in process was definitely different all easily could have been at the same place not back and fourth. I had to wash all the towels and linens they were dirty and put them on the beds a service I paid for. I also ran the sweeper and cleaned the bathrooms again I paid for a cleaning but I had to do it. The place itself was great other than doing all the cleaning services I paid for.

Sticky counter n floor left over dirty towels left in washer NO RENEDY

Arrived to find dirty dishes in dishwasher, sticky kitchen counter and floors. Dirty towels and blankets left on washer and dryer. No life guard-security acted as-rude-would not allow children to have five toys in pool. No wet towels allowed to dry on balcony. Will not be back! So disappointed
