New Listing. Luxurious 3 bdrm, 2 bath, mid-town elevator building. Great ocean views and a short walk to the beach. Relax by the pool or enjoy the Ocean breeze as you relax on the private balcony. Close to Acme, Liquid Assets and more! Linens and Towels included for main beds in bedroom with the exception of the trundle mattress in bedroom 3 and sleeper sofa. Linens for that as well as the queen sleeper sofa must be ordered at time of booking along with any additional towel sets that are needed. Last minute delivery the day of check in will be an additional $25.00. Bus service in front of building.

There is plenty for the family to enjoy here at the beach. Your unit is close to shopping, water parks, mini golf, restaurants, pizza, ice cream and of course our world famous Boardwalk is only a short drive up the beach.
Of course, Berlin, voted Americas Coolest Small Town is right outside the city limits and a must see if you enjoy history, antiques and small specialty shops.

A 4% Administrative fee will be added to your quote to cover the cost of VRBO's credit card fee.

Great location!

We love this location, easy check-in and check-out, very clean and easy. Two parking spaces, pool, lovely beach.

Perfect location!

Really nice, beautiful location but communication could have been better. We had the code to the door but not to the staircase or elevator. We did get a message the next morning with the code but it would have been nice to have from the start. I would still recommend.
