Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

Parking is limited to ONLY two (2) vehicles. NO Boats or trailers allowed. One Vehicle is guaranteed and the second vehicle is first come basis. Generally parking is not an issue unless it is a major holiday weekend.

All garbage must be disposed at the Dumpster behind the `Compact Cars` parking area located at the entrance of the building parking lot. Simply slide door to the left and throw the garbage.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find an indoor pool, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. This apartment also features a garden, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
