The townhouse offers comfortable living with stunning bay views. The ground floor features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, perfect for guests who prefer easy access. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for gathering, with an oversized island, essential appliances like a K-cup coffee maker and blender, and place settings for eight. The living room, with its 60-inch TV, provides a relaxing space for sunset viewing. Step outside onto the large private deck with a gas grill and patio table, leading to a finger pier. Upstairs, discover two more bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom and balcony. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and water views, while the front bedroom offers a twin/full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle both have exclusive balcony access.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire townhouse, including the ground floor, three bedrooms, and three full bathrooms. Enjoy the patio or balcony, and take advantage of the waterfront location with a deck and finger pier.

Getting Around:

The nearest bus stop is approximately 0.7 miles away, a 13-minute walk. For the latest bus schedules and routes, please consult the Ocean City Bus website. The bus provides convenient north and south travel along Coastal Highway, offering easy access to various locations.



Other Things to Note:

Bedding and bath towels are provided for your stay. Please note our check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. We have two assigned parking spots available on the premises. Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on balconies/decks. Pets are not allowed. For noise concerns, please observe quiet hours from 12 AM to 7 AM. The minimum age to rent is 25. Additional house rules include no parties and no hanging items over railings. Guests must report all visitors. Violations of house rules may result in fines and termination of accommodations without a refund. Enjoy the waterfront location!
