Boho chic modern 1-bedroom cottage with AC, WiFi in the heart of West Ocean City

This marvelous cottage in Ocean City offers a cozy retreat for guests. With a comfortable king bed in the bedroom and a convenient queen sofa bed in the living room, there's plenty of space for relaxation. Enjoy modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer to make your stay stress-free. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom. The bathroom features a large shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. Kitchen has all items necessary for cooking or baking. Berkey water countertop ware filtrations system and 3 different coffee making options. Semi private courtyard with seating and dining areas to relax and unwind. Front porch is covered with more seating options. We think our place will help you experience everything Ocean City has to offer. The parking policy is very firm, 2 cars max, as we lease 10 spots in the back of the property and 2 cars along the southside for fence near Golf Course Rd for Sello’s staff. Photo check in instructions will guide you exactly where to park.

If you choose to use the pull out queen sofa, please bring your own linens and close up upon leaving. I do have an emergency bag with extra linens if you need it, but would need to know in advance. There are 2 extra king pillows in the bedroom closet.

As of Spring 2025, there is construction to the south of the property on a complex of townhomes, that should be completed by mid summer.

The unit has newly installed water softener system that we monitor because the water in that area tends to have a lot of iron, periodically, even with the system, they neighborhood can all smell some sulphur, like after a night rain or higher than normal tide. Please know we are doing the best we can possibly do about this issue and sometimes it’s just not in our control.

This cottage offers its guests a water park. The family-friendly cottage also features barbecue grills and laundry facilities.
