Room was clean and ready when we arrive. We got the linen package and towels and had what we needed for the beds except pillows. There were 2 pillows on the bed, but no pillows for the pull out couches. There are also no curtains(just decorative) in the living room where the couches were so there was lots of light coming in during the morning and the parking lot lights shinned in at night. We found the sink faucet sitting on the bathroom counter. We texted the office and they did send someone to look at the faucet. It popped back on and worked but was very loose. The location was great. Next to the convention center and easy access to the beach.
