The unit includes a full kitchen, laundry room, 4 TVs, 2 DVD players, free Wi-Fi, and parking for 2 vehicles. Maximum occupancy is 8. Both the condo and the building are non-smoking. A non-refundable building registration fee is required upon arrival, and pets are not allowed. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. The furniture pictured is the furniture that was there. The place was surface cleaned. But it needs a deep cleaning. Everything felt dingy. There is a burn mark and chip on the kitchen counters. The ice maker not hooked up. The coffee pot stained. The bedroom carpets are stained and dirty. One comforter was torn. The pillows stained. We went out and bought pillows and blankets and a coffee pot. Half the light bulbs were burnt out. The bathrooms need updating.TV’s were nice. Check-in was nice.

Needs a good cleaning. Trash under beds and very dirty vents and baseboards. Highly recommend the property for its amenities and things to do. Good food at the restaurant. Pools and beach access were excellent. Great space and very nice furnishings.
