The beds were uncomfortable. The options for food were okay but not breakfast. You have to pay $22 for a continental breakfast that most hotels include for free.

Needs Updating

The bathrooms need a lot of updating. The room next to us had guests that smoked on the balcony and you could smell it in our room. We also found that none of the lamps or above bed lighting worked and had to put in a maintenance call. Overall it was fine, the rooms are spacious which is a plus but I wouldn’t pay peak season prices to stay here.

This was my 3rd stay at this resort, and once again, it did not disappoint!! My granddaughters loved the arcades, pool & ice skating. The staff at the resort are amazing - nothing is too much to ask. Our hairdryer didn’t work - they came right up and replaced it. We got locked out of our room - they graciously gave us a new one. These are just a couple examples of the amazing hospitality demonstrated by the staff!!

Everything was great except the music. It is loud and should not come on in the morning until night. A few hours 3-7 is enough! Also this was my second stay within 6 months and each room should have control of there on cooling system. I will be returning in July but will not stay with you because of the lack of ventilation in room and that loud music. Please change that music! 3-7 4-8 that is all you need.

The Carousel 🎠

We own a house nearby & booked for use if amenities mostly . The access to beach is great, indoor pool was large & heated . The indoor hot tub , perfect temp . Ice skating in the middle of hotel was really cool .. the barn restaurant has happy hour where you get buy one get one or double appetizers from 3 to 7 and very reasonably priced drinks that were great❤️ The place has everything you need . Spacious room , very clean .

This was a clean hotel, staff was polite. HOWEVER, The beds were terribly uncomfortable and made the stay unenjoyable. The pool area clearly has signs that state no children under the age of 16 in the hot tubs but it is not enforced and we had children doing cannonballs in the hot tub. The hotel left a lot to be desired. I would likely not stay again.
