Century One-Beautiful 2 Bed Oceanfront with Indoor Pool!

Drop your bags and take in the spectacular ocean view from the floor to ceiling windows of your private primary bedroom. Head downstairs to the nicely updated living area to enjoy all the comforts of home. Make a bite to eat in the well-appointed kitchen with new appliances and chair seating for 4 or relax with your favorite beverage on the large ocean front balcony. You won't want to miss the incredible Assawoman Bay sunsets from the balcony of the downstairs bedroom. A full bathroom with shower is located right outside the bedroom door. When you're ready for sand in your toes step off the massive Century 1 sundeck and hit the beach! Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Great views

This is one of the taller buildings in OC and up on the 16th floor the views are outrageous, both ocean side and bay side from this condo. Beach access is easy and proximity to restaurants and stores is ideal. Recommend.
