We have no complaints about the staff. The check-in was smooth, and we had an issue with the TV that was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Our complaint is with the amenities, especially the gym. We could not use it due to the smell of tobacco. Additionally, we were supposed to be located in a non-smoking area; however, on Saturday night, the scent of tobacco products and marijuana was overwhelming.

Had ants in my room, no netflix tv was not working properly kept freezing. Bathroom shower was dirty walls had tiny hairs all over it. Towels were stained. After speaking to management they switched my room.

Fell in the shower because the surface was really slick and slippery. When I checked out, I told the staff, they said What about the bath mat" Apparently there was supposed to be one. They apologized but didn't get a manager (I was so tired from lack of sleep I didn't ask for one).Curtains didn't close and s light shone in our room all night,we even tried to clip them closed. Thin walls and we were beside the elevator. Mystery outlets which would not work, when I tried plugging in my heating pad. Water is super soft, which isn't the fault of the property. Breakfast looked really sad,we went out to eat instead.Bed wasn't terrible. Not coming back....

Although it is not located on the boardwalk, it is not that far from it. It's is very clean and needs are comfortable. The breakfast was good but only open until 9:30am. All the staff were very friendly and quick to respond to any requests we had! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Property was great. But the local restaurants that we got food from. Not so much. We had pizza and cheesesteaks one night. Terrible. And bbq at a place very close. Terrible.

The staff was very nice friendly and professional.We had a quick check in process. The only issue we had was there was ants in the first room they checked us in. They did move us to another room with no problem. That room was much better.

When I arrived late in the evening/early morning, no one was at the front desk. I had to call the hotel 3 times before someone came out to check me in. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. There were ants on both nightstands. There were cobwebs at eye-level.
