The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials for a convenient stay, including: Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Pots and kitchen utensils.

For your morning coffee or tea, we provide a Keurig coffee maker with coffee/tea/hot chocolate pods. Additionally, the resort offers complimentary coffee and tea each morning in the lobby.

BASIC SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of the following items to get you settled: Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper towels (1 roll), Dish soap, Laundry detergent pods. Mini bodywash, shampoo, conditioner & lotion.

If these supplies run out during your stay, you will be responsible for replenishing them. For your convenience, a 7-Eleven convenience store is located within walking distance, and a ACME grocery store is available within a 3-mile drive, where you can pick up any items you may have forgotten.

LINENS & TOWELS
Bedding includes 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, each with comforters and linens.

Pillows: 4 pillows with water-resistant covers (Water-resistant covers are used on both mattresses and pillows for hygiene).

Towels provided: 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, 1 bath mat
Remember to bring your beach towel as that is not provided.

CLEANING SUPPLIES
Broom, vacuum cleaner, and basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience to help you keep the space tidy during your stay (Room service is available upon request for an additional fee of $100).

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on-site for guest use.

DAMAGE POLICY
Guests are responsible for linen/ towel lost and any damage caused to the property during their stay.

HOUSE RULES
*No hanging clothes or towels over the balcony or railing. Please use the resort’s shared washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
*No smoking or vaping is allowed in the unit
*No animals are allowed at the resort unless it is a service animal with required paperwork.
