The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. This studio unit with sleeping and living area in one room rents any 3 nights. Bedding includes one double murphy bed and one futon to sleep 3. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. There is a washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Unit 303 is a studio unit consisting of a combined living room/bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
