Upon entry a private primary suite welcomes you with a bayside balcony and a tastefully updated tub & shower bathroom. Upstairs a lovely dining area and fully stocked kitchen make mealtime a breeze. Eight vacationers can comfortably relax inside the stunning living area or slide out and feel the heat on the incredible oceanfront balcony. The second bayside bedroom boasts floor to ceiling windows and provides many sleep options for a larger crew. An additional tub & shower bathroom and convenient washer & dryer are located right outside the bedroom door. The Century I building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment. The Century I building offers a fitness center complete with sauna as well as an indoor pool (open seasonally) and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment. Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
