The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. I accidentally left my debit card at the restaurant and didn't realize it until later in the evening. I called the front desk and they immediately went and found it for me and held it in the front. They were so pleasant and helpful. We had a great anniversary stay we will definitely be back.

Beautifully appointed decor. Very clean and nicely scented. All rooms face oceanfront-very important to us. Easy parking. Easy check in/check out. Friendly efficient desk staff. Few minutes from boardwalk to begin perfect exercise walk/jog for a couple miles out and back. Then later for leisure strolls in the best atmosphere. Love that OC vibe. SpringFest was great. Have enjoyed this hotel also in the past and will be back.

There was no hostest to seat customers or take orders to go at Solstice. The wait staff was not attentive to greet patrons and many people turn around. I looked forward to dinning there but was not able to after waiting for 10 mins with no one to greet or seat me.
