The room's carpet had stains. There were other people's hair in the shower. As I think about it, the room could've been cleaner. Overall, the staff at the front desk was AMAZING!!! The smiles, warmth, and the way that they attended to my every need touched my heart. I was in tears. We didn't arrive until around 12 midnight. The young lady at the front desk held my hand as I was checking in. I was exhausted. She had the most beautiful smile as she calmed me down, registered our car, and told me about her trip to NY. The day that we checked out, I told the gentleman that we had to drive around until 4. Our special needs daughter was too sick to make that journey back home. He informed me that there was a room open now before 4, but it was on a lower level if I wanted it. We were so grateful! As we unloaded the van, my husband was having a conversation with a gentleman and we discovered that he was from our hometown, Jersey City, NJ. Other staff interactions were all so kind and pleasant. Although the rooms were not too great, the staff made the establishment 100 out of 100. we can't wait to return in November for my birthday.

Everything was great starting at check in to check out. The room was beautiful with every room having an amazing view of the beach. The only complaints I have are that hotels.com did make me aware that there was a charge to park your car in the parking lot. This should be something you make the person booking aware of. Another thing is that the bathroom only has a barn door. I know those are the latest fad, but the bathroom is not the place for a barn door. And lastly the pillows were not great. All 4 pillows on the bed were extremely soft. They should have pillows of different softness for guests.

This was our third day at this hotel. It is our favorite in Ocean City. It’s clean and the staff are great. All rooms have beachfront view and so the beach is easy and quick to access. Here is why I took off one star in one of the categories: They are now charging for parking at a rate of $10 a day. Not bad and I don’t object. Unfortunately, it’s not real easy to pay for parking as you have to scan a QR code either in the parking lot or at the reception desk and pay separately. Then when I was checking out, there was a note on my car from the company managing the parking claiming I had not paid. I had to go back into the reception and they promise to take care of it for me. Again, I don’t have checked to having to pay for parking, but they should make it as easy on the guest as possible. No standing a separate QR code in paying separately it should just be part of your bill.

Loved the ocean view, the extremely friendly staff, esp Check in staff Mira and customer service rep Kyle who made sure my stay was comfortable. This is the first time I’ve experienced a representative who was truly a text away and immediately responded to my every request! I also appreciated the upgrade, but my neighbors were extremely loud as if they were in the very next room. I think this unit may have been a 2 bedroom suite that was divided by a door. It would’ve worked if it wasn't a room full of people AND children. The main reason I gave a 4 star was because of the HORRIBLE on site restaurant, Solstice! My husband and I looked forward to staying in a location that we didn’t have to leave out for breakfast, lunch, dinner, esp breakfast. After our first night we never went back! The food was totally unacceptable to sell to customers!!! We got take out, and just threw it away. If we were eating in we would’ve sent it back!

The hotel property was lovely and the location is perfect, quiet beach front and steps to the board walk. However we booked an ocean front suite knowing we’d be in the room a lot with our infant sleeping, and the room reeked of dog urine. The hotel staff checks in with you on multiple occasions to see how things are going which is great. They relayed our concerns to housekeeping who shampooed the carpet twice during our stay in addition to keeping the room well cleaned and stocked. The smell though still smacked us in the face every time we entered the room. I say this as a dog mom familiar with the challenges of house training and thinking of my dog as part of the family, I would not stay here again and risk having the smell of urine burning my nostrils for my vacation.

I found the hotel to be overrated. While the TV in the room looked nice, it only allowed live channels—streaming apps like YouTube or other movie platforms couldn’t be connected. The pool also wasn’t well-maintained; there was sand at the bottom and overall it didn’t feel clean enough.

Oceanfront room, clean, easy check-in, staff checked in each day to see if we needed anything. Cleaning/new towels every other day to be eco friendly. Large room with fridge and microwave. Only disappointment was trying to maintain equal temperature in room- either AC blew really cold air for a time period to cool down room or didn’t turn on and room warmed up.

Beach view was great, service was friendly, but as far as my stay. There were absolutely no instructions on how to operate TV or enable Wi-Fi, no list of amenities and hours available. I had to call the front desk to ask questions. There was no list of channels for the TV and the internal Guide to the TV Channels had no information. We had to call the front desk to get someone to get the coffee maker to work, there wasn’t even a mini note pad anywhere in the room and the electric socket in the bathroom didn’t work. Also to top it off my 2 Night stay for a quoted price of $371, plus parking $20 and a restaurant charge of $77.09, equaling $468.09 didn’t happen. My credit card has been charged $771.14, an overcharge of$303.05. I will never use Hotels to book or Hilton to stay if this is the way they do business.
