Very clean room. The fan in the bathroom didn't work but not a problem. The cleaning lady, because I was sick in bed, did only what we asked her to do and was very nice. No trouble with staying another night. Excellent service, beautiful view. We will stay here again.

The bed was awful.Very uncomfortable and to low to the ground. The deck was really nice. We could have used cups in the bathroom to rinse after brushing your teeth. Also, some cups in the room if you wanted a drink. The bartenders Vince and Chris were super nice.

It was a good room and a fair price. I mistakenly thought breakfast was included, but that was an error on my part. It was off season, so much of the summer businesses nearby (for breakfast) were closed. No biggie. The staff was kind and let us pick our room at checkin. The balcony overlooking the ocean was also nice. We slept with the balcony door open all night listening to the ocean waves.

The view was great and the staff was nice. Our main complaint is the fact that they now charge for parking on their lot and dont accept responsibility if something happens while there. If they need the extra $10 a day why not just add it to the room cost and offer free parking. They also don't offer a complimentary breakfast. With what they charge for the room I would think they could offer something. Trash on each floor at the elevators is not emptied on a regular basis. Several times it was overfull. I was very disappointed that an expensive hotel such as a Hilton has resorted to such low standards. I will definitely think twice before I stay here again.
