All the items you want for a perfect vacation! Beautiful spacious 3 BR 3 bath condo unit. Master and second bedroom with King Beds and private baths, a Queen sofa pull out in the great room and Full over Full bunk with Single trundle in 3rd bedroom. Comfortable for max of 11.

Outstanding Features of this condo: This is a beautiful new building in downtown location with private off street gated garage spaces. This is not your standard OC condo, it offers 9' ceilings, large living area, large kitchen, master bedroom and 3 spacious baths make for a relaxed easy going vacation experience! Beautiful ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths and Great Room. Tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. Large flat panel LCD TV's, HD CABLE BOX w/ DVD, and new comfortable mattresses in every bedroom. Master suite provides a large sanctuary to get away from it all! It has has spacious master bath with jetted tub, large shower, and double sink vanity. Three large picture windows provide stunning views of the Ocean. There are 2 swivel chairs with table & ottoman to allow you to view ocean, play cards, read or just swivel around to view the TV. Private sliding door access the balcony and views of the boardwalk, ocean and amusement pier, a great place to retire and relax from the days activities! Luxury features galore - The gourmet kitchen offers convection oven, large refrigerator with full width freezer, it is fully equipped with coffee maker, waffle/sandwich iron, blender, toaster and Chicago cutlery, and all you need to prepare a great meal with place settings for 12! The utility room has full-sized washer and dryer, making quick work of dirty clothes. The spacious balcony offers fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean, OC boardwalk and over to Assateague Island. Everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach!

Downtown Location: One of the biggest issues with the OC boardwalk is parking! Solved with the private garage! You can park your car and walk to all that you may want to do. All the shops, amusements, bars, restaurants are a short walk away. Within 5 blocks are jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charter boats, over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, the beach, the amusement pier with rides for all ages, video arcades, ice cream, candy, and tee shirt shops, Thrashers fries, Fishers Popcorn. All right at your door step. Best supermarkets are across the bridge but less than 2 miles away.

Swan Song visit for our elderly Mom

My brother and I brought our Mom here, as a reminder of all the summers that we visited Ocean City during years past, when we had a place over on the bayside. But our place was nothing like this rental. This one had huge, comfy beds, top notch furnishings, a modern kitchen with granite countertops, and a stunning view from the balcony. An amazing find that couples immediate proximity to the beach with tremendous privacy. Who knows? If she's still with us on the summer, we just may return.

Overall the place was clean. The kitchen stove and microwave area had not been cleaned up very greasy and grimy under microwave and stove top. The kitchen sink sprayer was broke when pulled out so could not use it. Need to find a way to add some darkness to bedroom unit up front so the lights from boardwalk dont keep ya up. Just a few thing I would definitely look at and the cleaning would definitely be one. Thanks for the stay we enjoyed

Sweet little spot

The space was set up perfectly. It was so clean and comfortable. The boardwalk view was great and everyone we ran into was so friendly. Definitely would stay here again. The owners answered questions we had almost immediately. Very smooth and well run place.

Really great place. Nicely equipped. The only negative that i would say, its a million dollar condo with $5 shower heads. All upscale showets have handheld shower heads. These are probably 30 years old. It does sound silly but at a $1,000 per night, you would expect everything updated.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place! The boardwalk being below us gave us entertainment (karaoke) before we walked down ourselves. With the balcony doors shut, you couldn’t hear anything either. The rooftop pool was perfect for those of us that didn’t want the sand. Our host responded within 15 minutes of a question I had. The cleanliness was impeccable! The OC market was on our street for last minute needs. We will be coming back next year. This place was perfect!

Clean, lots of room, and definitely lived in. The sliding glass door and screen kept leaving their tracks and the fireplace exhaust was very smelly. Overall though, great place, good value! The parking alone was worth it!

Perfectly nice stay by the OC boardwalk

Property is centrally located to the OC boardwalk and was clean and well organized when we arrived. The boardwalk and passers-by in the condo can be loud so be careful where you sleep if you're a light sleeper. We had some problems with other tenants using our spot/boxing us in in the garage, fortunately the on duty officer was pretty responsive.

Family vacation

The place is nice convenient to all eating places, next to the boardwalk, and entertainment. Just a minor reminder , the door and blind on the veranda need to be fixed . Also, there are no grub bars in the bathroom. Overall,, it is a beautiful place and I would recommend it to my friends.

overpriced and needs improvements

Property location was wonderful, master bedroom was huge and amazing views. Aside from this we think the rental was way overpriced for outdated furniture and cleanliness. Bedroom lamps were very dim needs more lighting in bedrooms. Towel bar in guest bathroom fell off. Some pillows were stained. All the chairs and cushions were gross and some sticky so we had to put our own covers to sit on them. Patio chair pillow had bird poop on it we sat on our beach chairs the entire stay. Overall we enjoyed the wonderful location and balcony view but for the price and inconvenience due to dirty furniture we would not come back next year.

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was spacious and our family was able to comfortably fit (9 guests, adults and teens). The view of the beach was beautiful. In the evening our family enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the action on the boardwalk. One night we were able to watch karaoke. The parking was very tight especially if you have a larger vehicle. The owners were quick to respond when we emailed about a few issues with the unit (screen door was falling off the track). Overall my family loved the condo and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Great Location

Great location, beautiful views and walking distance to a lot of food and fun. Unit is very nice and mostly well kept for and ocean resort rental. Owners and management company are great to deal with and are quick to respond. Would definitely rent again.
