Where do I start? I drove over 3 1/2 hours away to come to a city that has a heartwarming feeling to me and my family we get here. Check-in was good. We got to our room. The main reason we came here was an indoor pool because it is freezing outside, and I was told that it was warm that it was suitable for my family, my young children and I and pregnant wife, but as we arrived, we got very kindly checked in by the lady at the front desk. She was amazing. She tried to help us the best she could with all her issues, but that lies with the problem of the first issue. As soon as we walk out, our ice machine is broke we have to go down two floors to get ice then we go down to the pool we get to the pool and it’s literally like a polar plunge it’s freezing on the inside like literally you can see your breath in the room. The pool was not much colder than my fish tank is at my house. My son‘s teeth were chattering to the point where I thought he was gonna get hypothermia and as of right now he’s coughing. I have a sore throat as does my daughter. The only good part about this entire thing was your pillows were nice. I have nothing really nice to say besides the front desk lady I cannot remember her name. She has blonde hair on 1/2 and brown and the other she was very nice. He tried to fix everything as she could. She was an adequate trained on the pool. I once worked at a motel before I know how to work to boiler. I know how to turn that up and I also know how to turn a thermostat up

The hotel facilities were clean and what we expected. What made our experience great was the gentleman who checked us in when we arrived.
