Great location
The location of this property was absolutely ideal—close to the beach and very convenient for our needs, making it a nice option for a couple’s weekend getaway.Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The unit felt quite outdated, and there were noticeable maintenance issues, such as a rusted sink and an overhead light that didn’t work. Upon arrival, we noticed hairs on the sheets and towels, thick dust throughout, and even found a hat behind the dresser and large debris under the nightstand. We had to move furniture just to get basic lighting to work, only to find that the outlet wouldn’t hold a plug securely.I reached out to the management company right away and followed up multiple times throughout the weekend. They assured me someone would be in touch, but unfortunately, no one ever followed up even after checkout, and the promised clean linens and service never arrived. Luckily, I had brought my own sheets and towels just in case.It’s disappointing that the property doesn’t seem to be regularly inspected or maintained, as it has potential to be a great stay. With more attention to cleanliness and care from the management, this could be a much better experience for future guests.
