Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and close to the beach with a great pool. Check in was easy, though the window for check in is small from 3:00-5:00. The building is set back a good distance from the beach and the surrounding buildings obstruct your peripheral view of the beach. There was no easy way to cart things into the building either, as there are only stairs to get in no

Terrible customer service, inaccurate description, not clean

What a disappointment. To begin, I had been emailing them through Vrbo the week leading up asking about check in time and covid related questions. Never once even got a response. I finally got a hold of someone at on the phone two days prior. I asked them what the earliest was we could check in since we would be arriving from 7 hours away and wanted to plan our drive accordingly. I was told on the phone that the unit would be vacant by 11 and would be finished getting cleaned around 12 so somebody would call me around 12:30. So we arrived to the site around 12. There was no staff on site. I called the other site and a gentlemen told me they would call me around 12:30 (as I was previously told) when the cleaning lady was finished. Around 1 I still hadn’t heard from anybody. I called again and the female associate was extremely rude saying check in was at 4. I informed her of what I was told and she insisted that nobody had told me that. She then told me that she was busy and couldn’t come drop off the keys and welcome bag to me until at least 3 and that’s really why we couldn’t get into our unit (not because we had to wait for it to be cleaned) She kept saying “Check in is at 4 so you can get in at 4” I asked to just park in our spot so we could go to the beach until our unit became available and she was extremely nasty over that as well. Terrible service and beyond unprofessional. We waited and checked into our unit when they called us. The listing included a welcome back of toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, detergent etc and we were not given that. We had to go to acme to buy the supplies listed as included in our rental. Due to covid, the first thing we did when we got there was wiped down all surface with cleaner and sanitizer. The amount of dirt and filth that came off the door knobs and handles inside the apartment were DISGUSTING. We swept the floor into piles of dirt and dust. We mopped and the mop bucket was BLACK with filth. When we moved the mattress to put the sheets on, it was so dirty, especially the pull out. It was filled with crumbs, sand, dirt. This should not be acceptable for a regular rental, ESPECIALLY during covid where they claim to be very sanitary. We were given a notice when we picked up the keys claiming check out was at 10am even though my vrbo rental had us listed to check out at 11. Again, inaccurate description. It truly was a shame since the rental itself was in a great location.

Beautiful spot!

My daughter and my two grandsons (both under age of two) stayed for 5 days. The condo was perfect...loved the ocean front balcony and short walk to the beach. Unfortunately we stayed during Covid but wore masks inside and social distanced outside. Only encountered one group that didn’t respect the social distancing and they were just a group of late teens who obviously grew up entitled. One thing we didn’t discover until our second day was the ramp that led into the building- it is in the car garage. With two babies and all of our belongings we had to lug things up the stairs to get in- only wished that the security guard watching us was struggling with the babies and our wagon of belongings had the decency to tell us about the ramp.
