Imagine That, a stunning, luxury 4 BR/3BA ocean block condo in North Ocean City (125th St) is the perfect vacation retreat for a family or friends of up to 12 people (8 adults maximum). This newly constructed, boutique 7-unit building with pool is a one-minute walk to the beach. This is our own precious beach retreat that we rent out when not there ourselves. Wrap around balcony, Bold Photography, floor to ceiling windows, Beach chairs/umbrellas/toys. Full of luxury amenities-truly OC paradise! Our prime, corner unit has a modern, fresh, spacious layout and design with Ocean Views from almost every room. Elevator access right outside our front door. 






Outstanding features of this professionally decorated condo retreat include: 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a wrap-around panoramic glass-railed balcony and a well-appointed gourmet kitchen. There are stunning weathered wood grain floors, luxury showers, and a free-standing soaking tub. We have a variety of bedroom configurations with organizer closets. Ceiling fans ventilate each room. Make yourself a delicious cappuccino with our automated espresso/cappuccino maker or use the Keurig for your morning tea or coffee. Chill wine, beer and soda in our luxury dedicated wine fridge. Wash and dry your clothes in the dedicated laundry room. Smart Home features including a Studio high fidelity Alexa Echo, voice controlled roller shades, internet connected thermostat, door lock, and smart doorbell. USB charging station plugs are conveniently located. Four large LG HD Smart TVs are available for your viewing. 






Walls are decorated with gallery photography. Two parking spots await you under the building as well as ample, free street parking. Leave the beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes (2) and beach toys, along with games, puzzles and great beach novels at home.

While our location is on a quiet and quaint street right off the ocean, the best of Ocean City is within a 4-block radius of 125th Street: Dumser’s Dairyland, Fractured Prune, Uber Bagels, Tailchasers Restaurant & Dock Bar (Off the Hook restaurant group), Grottos Pizza, the Crab Factory, Abbey’s Burger Bistro, Starbucks, Montego Bay Shopping Center and so much more! We directly across to bayside and enjoy Ocean City's (largest) Northside Park, where you can go biking or jogging or walk out on the pier and go crabbing or fishing. Take in a local baseball game there, explore one of the festivals, or watch the 4th of July or New Year's fireworks. In the morning, join the large community of locals and vacationers who enjoy the designated bike/walking path on our quaint inside beach street that takes them to Fenwick and back. 






Treat yourself to a relaxing retreat with friends or family in our sparkling clean and brand new luxury condo. Sheets, towels, dish and laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, and toiletries are not provided. However, a linen service is available by request for a nominal fee. Don't forget your sunscreen! 






Fine Print: For your protection and ours, we only rent to families and adults. No senior week or other high school or college vacations at our location. The renter must be 25 or older and must be one of the occupants during the rental. Pets are prohibited. We have a close community in our 7 unit building and the building manager and other owners monitor for compliance with these rules (which are requirements throughout the building for renters). Security cameras are present outside units in the building (There are absolutely NO cameras in the unit). 






By our building rules, a rental will be terminated without refund if these rules are not strictly adhered to. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any substance in the building or the condo itself, including balconies -- the condo contains smoking sensors to detect. If detected, your rental agreement requires a $1000.00 amelioration fee. 






We designed this place for our own family to gather. If it isn't good enough for us, it isn't good enough for you! We wanted to be in a location that is just off the beach in a family oriented, quieter area, yet within blocks of iconic Ocean City locations such as Dumser's, Grotto Pizza, Candy Kitchen and the Fractured Prune, not to mention Starbucks, Uber Bagels, and 2 grocery stores. Each is an extremely quick walk. We love getting up in the morning and walking on our cute street up to Fenwick and back. We often go the whole way to the "red sign" that everyone touches and turns around at one mile into Fenwick. There are usually people handing out water bottles and kids selling lemonade. A major quality of life amenity is having the biggest OC park right across the way. You can take your kids and walk out on the pier and watch people crabbing and fishing. You can ride bikes on the trails and play with your kids on the playground. 






So much to do, so many ways to just relax, just steps from this wonderful condo. There are buses that run the length of OC coming every few minutes. There are 2 free parking spots under the building as well as plenty of free parking on the street. 



Different dates have different minimum stays and checkin/checkout restrictions. Major holiday weekends have appropriate rates and minimum stays. Dates booked that partially run into a holiday weekend are subject to review within the first 48 hours, typically within 12 hours or less. All summer weeks after mid June and up until the week before Labor Day are Saturday to Saturday 7 day rentals, unless prearranged.
