We stayed one night. We liked the location on the boardwalk. The outside seating was cool. The property itself felt dated. The room didn't match the pictures on the reservation. Some of the paneling was damaged. The TV was small. The carpet looked dirty. A makeover would do it justice.

The location was great, but the room was worn out, broke doors, windows had no insulation could hear everything from outside, drawers missing from dressers, tears in furniture, there is obvious leaking down walls from windows, smoke detectors kept going off in room, doors were hard to open or would get stuck shut. The rooms seem to be clean, but very hard to tell with stains all over everything. Hardly no parking and your had to pay a pretty penny to park as well.

We reserved an apartment for 8 people, including 6 kids. When we got there, there were only blankets for three beds (4 people total). We called the front desk to try to get blankets for everyone, and were told that they were out of blankets, and that they would come by with extra sheets. They never did. This meant that three of us had to sleep without blankets. There were also only 5 pillows, and we never got more. Additionally, there was visible mold in the apartment and on the bedding, dirt on the sheets, stains on the floor, and the porch was sagging and bending even under the weight of small children. Not recommended.

the place was very outdated, had ants everywhere and for someone who’s allergic to ants :/ not a good stay. the people next to us took all of our balcony chairs so we didn’t have any chairs. we requested toilet paper but we never got any

Melanie was awesome. The apartment was older, but we weren't there to hide in a room, we were there to enjoy the adventures. It suited our needs as far as a place to eat, sleep, shower.

Not very accommodating for the price

The hotel was older which is fine but it was in poor shape and I know the price was based on location (right on the boardwalk!) super walkable from the boardwalk and the beach and parking was close as well But the hotel was super dated and the hallways and elevator were super small you could see light all around the door and hear every person that walked past the room or above you The ac got cold but it was so humid in the hotel and room that everything (blankets carpet towels) felt damp You could sorta see the ocean from the small dated bathroom with cracked caulk and toilet paper on opposite wall of the bathroom talk about a reach my small daughter nearly fell off The WiFi and television wouldn’t work despite them trying to give us another login and some temporary hotspot to try and work it they didn’t seem very keen to help either as staff just played on phone and seemed very uninterested We were informed after this season they would be tearing both buildings down and rebuilding that’s way overdue in my opinion

Do not rent apartments

Apartment was in very very poor condition with falling ceilings, broken doors, dirty floors,previous tenants trash, rock hard beds. Apartment section is being torn down in off season so owner is making no effort to keep it in good repair. Was able to negotiate a 2 day rwfund after being persistent.

Old and run down

It's old, and not worth the money! They are getting ready for a renovation but the tv didn't work, only half the outlet in it worked. Water marks on the ceiling. The stairs going up were a hazard waiting to happen. So all in all.... not worth it

Apparently the are planningvto demolish the property and rebuild. They are not maintaining the property. No ice machine. The refrigerator was equipped to mskevice but nothing was hooked up. There were several holes in the walls. The one bathroom had a sever leaky tub faucet and a bad shower head. There was a full kitchen but we didn't use it. Seversl lights needed bulbs.

The location is awesome. Stayed here for many years and it was beachy accommodations. Knowing that it will be torn down and a new hotel will be put up, I feel the owners should have still kept up with cleaning for the guests that paid good money for their vacation

They had already booked my room to another family when I got there. Gave me another room. Hallways were cooler than room. Lost power only on our floor. Went to front desk and person behind counter didn't really care. Said it was a 100 year old property, what do you expect. Very rude. Wouldn't stay here again.

Historic, older boarding-house style hotel. Needs updated and bathroom needed repairs to floor tiles and sink, but has on-site parking (for free), a nice pool and PRIME LOCATION. Based on other options, it's worth the cost. Staff very friendly. Great boardwalk location with outdoor seating.
