Meadows at Manklin B is a beautifully updated waterfront townhouse offering peaceful canal views, modern finishes, and a thoughtfully designed layout ideal for families, pet owners, and boaters alike. This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home spans approximately 1,500 square feet and blends coastal décor with comfort, function, and inclusivity.



The open-concept living area features a spacious sectional sofa, Smart TV, and a dedicated wine bar just off the living room—perfect for relaxing evenings at home. You’ll also find a collection of board games, puzzles, books, water toys, and sensory-friendly items designed to create a welcoming and inclusive experience for guests of all ages.



The brand-new gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all-new appliances, quartz countertops, and everything needed to comfortably prepare meals of any kind. A peninsula with four barstool seats provides casual dining space, while sliding doors open to the balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the canal.



Step outside to enjoy both a fenced front and back yard, offering peace of mind for pets and children. The patio and backyard face the canal, creating a serene setting for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or simply unwinding by the water. Guests may also bring a boat, making this an ideal choice for waterfront enthusiasts.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that coastal living sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as birds or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of the area’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues do not qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of local Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund.
