Amazing direct ocean views from this luxurious 3 bedroom oceanfront condo in the desirable Gateway Grand.
Unit 912 features a gourmet kitchen, full dining and 3 bedrooms and three full baths. Primary ensuite offers a king bed, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a TV and the living area features a queen sleep sofa to accommodate a family of 8.
The Gateway Grand has an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness room and even a play room for the children. Secure parking garage offers two parking spots
Guest supplies soaps and paper products. This owner provides sheets and towels to their guests and there is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
The building is located mid-town OC on 48th street. Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday all season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
