Parking was a little tight but to be expected! Couches smelt bad and not the cleanest! But other then that not bad for a long weekend getaway!

Terrible cleanliness

The townhouse needs a lot of attention. Furniture was filthy. We sat on blankets and towels. Tub on 2nd floor barely drains. Water builds as you shower. Carpeting was extremely dirty. We wore shoes all day while inside. Walls have grime and greasy hand prints all over from first floor to 3rd floor. Toilet seat is completely broken on 2nd floor. Garage disposal seems to be clogged. It was overall poor conditions.

The property was in walking distance to almost everything you needed. Had a few minor issues with property but still rates a 5 star. The host Cindy was exceptional and answered every call and took care of every issue. This will be me and my family home away from home. 💕

It was a very nice place for our stay during the May Cruisin' event. It was very clean! They provide dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, bath towels, washcloths, extra pillows, extra blankets, WiFi, an iron, & keypad entry access. There are 3 levels, level 2 & 3 both have a balcony. The walk to the beach/boardwalk is about 2 minutes. The parking lot located under the condo does not have space for a trailer so keep that in mind if you need trailer parking, but plenty of space for your cars. I would most definitely stay here again.
