This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is just steps from the beach and offers a rooftop pool with stunning views. Located on the ocean block, you’ll be close to nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, four Smart TVs with streaming capabilities, two DVD players, central A/C, free Wi-Fi, and basic cable. Enjoy spacious balconies and two parking spaces. This non-smoking unit accommodates up to 10 guests, and pets are not allowed.
Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.

Great condo. Very roomy! Great balcony. The bathrooms are outdated making a clean bathroom look like it’s not clean.
