Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo directly on the Boardwalk with a Great Balcony

Regency - 21st on the Boardwalk
Living Area and Master Bedroom directly on the ocean. Walk out through the sliders from either room onto the balcony and look down on the boardwalk and out at the ocean.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom
The second bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle.
The sofa is a queen sleeper
Cook a wonderful dinner while looking directly out at the ocean from the well stocked kitchen. Even doing dishes is not bad with that view on a beautiful sunny day.
Room for 6 at the dinning table.

A set of sets are provided for each bed and beds are made - The only exception is the sleeper sofa in the living room. Please bring your own queen sheets if needed.
A towel set for each sleeping guest - 8 sets

besides some construction going on around the area my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The view every morning and evening was beautiful. Phil is a great host and check in/check out was very easy. The condo is in a fabulous location….many memories made on the large balcony (just ask the people on the boardwalk who joined us in a random dance party!) Us Mom’s would definitely return again.

This is a great property for up to 8 guests. There are 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, convenient boardwalk location and breathtaking view from the large balcony. Highly recommend!

The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk, with great views in any direction. The sunrise is stunning to see. Our 3rd stay here to relax, it's within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach! 3 bedrooms (comfy beds!) give each of us our own room, which is nice. We also had a great view of the Corvettes on the boardwalk! Our host Phil is always super helpful and responsive to any questions, which is a bonus to have a host who prioritizes his guests' enjoying their stay. Highly recommend!

I really recommend renting this condo. It was clean, big enough for 6 ppl. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Area is safe for family. Kitchen had all the necessary pots n pans.
