The Space:
A 2nd story unit with elevator access.
Unit only rents to families or groups over 25 years of age. No senior week groups.
Your cleaning fee includes a full linen package. Condo will be staged upon entry and all you need to bring is beach towels.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was welcoming, well stocked and most important clean! Wonderful location, and fun to be right on the ocean. I would certainly stay here again.

Great Place, Great Location

Super clean, well maintained. Great Mid OC location. Great restaurants, deli, utility all within walking distance. Management team, was very responsive.
