It features a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, central A/C, and parking for 1 vehicle, with ample street parking nearby. The living space includes 2 TVs with basic cable and free Wi-Fi (not guaranteed), plus a balcony to relax on. This 3rd-floor walk-up is conveniently close to restaurants, shops, amusements, and a movie theater. The property is non-smoking, and pets are prohibited.

Prime location
We love North OC and the convenience to the beach from this property is great. The condo had everything one would need, with the exception of clothes hangers in the closet. Other than that small detail, it was a great place to stay.
