The property was the perfect location, room was clean and staff friendly. However, my room was next to the housekeeping closet and they made so much noise. I would stay again just request a better location.

We’ve stayed at Park Place the last 3 summers around 6 separate times. We have NEVER had a bad experience. A majority of the staff is the same as 3 years ago, which speaks highly of the management. The property is clean and conveniently located. The staff are friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. The kids love the pool, and the dinosaur bones across the boardwalk. The lobby

The staff was very friendly and took good care of us. They even helped us search the pool for my sisters necklace which we did indeed find it after hours and everything they were so nice the entire stay. The only downside was that the bathroom for our room was in poor condition and the room was not exactly the cleanest for the price I expected a bit better in the housekeeping area. However you cannot be at the wonderful service, staff, and location. I would probably book again just based on that alone

Description of the hotel room was not accurate. The hotel room that I paid for is not hotel room that I wanted. Once I checked in and realized this, I contacted the hotel. They told me that the reservation was the correct one and to contact hotels.com for clarification which I did. hotels.com contacted the hotel and then told me to call the hotel directly to deal with the hotel directly. This resulted in a refund being offered because there were no other rooms available. Instead of having a private balcony, I had a deck with the restaurant with and then had a man talking outside all night. Also, every time you lay down on the bed, the light would turn off because the electrical socket was behind the bed and behind the nightstand where it should have been.

The parking lot fills up, like most other ocean/boardwalk fronts, but we were able to get in the very last spot and left it there our entire stay. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and did a great and speedy job cleaning. The lady at the front desk seemed a little rude when checking in and getting towels, as she did not immediately or warmly acknowledge my presence, but got the job done, I guess. Overall, the room was spacious and clean, AC got nice and cold, the shower water was nice and hot, lots of pressure, and the beds were comfortable. The amenities (heated pool, bar, and restaurant) were also nice additions to the close walk to the beach and boardwalk. Would stay again.

I booked here in December 2024 after hearing about Boardwalk Rock taking place in May 2025.. We were coming in on Friday 5/16, the hotel called me the week before and asked if we would like to come a day early for only $99, we took it... The only thing we had to do was switch rooms on Friday to our booked room... They made it seamless, we were able to stay in the existing room until the new room was cleaned and inspected.... We switched over at 12:30pm two doors down with no issues.... Both rooms were clean, pillows and beds were comfortable... Every morning we went to have breakfast around 10am, when we got back to the room the beds were made and fresh towels already placed for the day....We had an oceanfront room and the view was breathtaking.

CJ was a very bright and positive person. He is fun-loving type of guy. You have an outstanding employee in him. We went out to the pool the other night and it looked like there was feces in one of the pools
