The house is COMPLETELY REMODELED offering a harmonious blend of luxury, entertainment, and coastal charm. Whether you're seeking relaxation by the pool, exciting arcade battles, or beachside serenity, this vacation haven has it all. Point Break is unique, no other beach property like it. The pool opens May 1st and closes October 31st. The pool is heated in the spring and fall months. It's a salt water pool and is secured by a gate around the exterior of the pool. The depth of the pool starts in the shallow end around 2ft to 4-5ft deep in the deep end. There is a lounge area, with a water feature that is 1ft deep for small children. Please reach out with any additional questions.
Minimum age to rent the property is 25 and over.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This house was perfect for our annual golf trip. The location was perfect as it was centrally located to all the best golf courses in the area and attractions on the island. Our host was extremely friendly, communicative, and even recommended some golf courses.The backyard pool area really stole the show however. The heated pool was awesome after 36 homes of golf and the cafe lit backyard was ideal to wind down. Only problem is we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend.
