Searching for the perfect getaway and close to absolutely anything Ocean City MD has to offer? Well look no further you have just found your next vacation oasis! Located on the bay and just steps to the famous Ocean City Boardwalk this property has it all! With a spacious floor plan this 3 Bedroom condo has incredible views of the Assawoman Bay. Crabbing and Fishing off the pier is allowed.
Non-Smoking Policy:
This property is strictly non-smoking, including balconies and all outdoor areas associated with the unit. Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, vaping, or e-cigarettes) is prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in immediate eviction and a $350 smoke remediation fee charged to the reservation account.
*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries!
