Have stayed here before and will again, but I want to be honest in my review, Property is showing its age, they are slowly but surely investing in the hotel, but unfortunately it has been ignored for a long time, so its going to take awhile for it to be updated. Stairs and decking outside has been redone much safer then previous stays. Some obvious paint has happened, but the rooms aren't addressed yet, new comforters and sheets yes,rugs have been cleaned but really need to be replaced, rooms are just showing their age mattresses are hard and uncomfortable, furniture is old and uncomfortable, in my room 222 , toaster didn't work, 2 of the 4 burners on the stove didn't work, and the 2 that did didn't really get as hot as the should. Overall it's clean, felt safe, reasonable price, but just know you can see they are making strides they just aren't there yet.

The only thing I had concern about was the tub area in the bathroom. The drain was rusty and there was hair on the wall. Other than that, my experience was great!

The chlorine smell, and the Very musty odors throughout the building. The carpeting in the hallways and rooms was disgusting. The whole place needs a good cleaning. But Dustin events in the room was also disgusting.

Great customer service. View of fish and birds were nice and food ordered at bar was excellent. However, room was not thoroughly cleaned dust covered all appliances, comforter had stains (this was resolved), bath and shower faucet was not operable enough to balance out water. You either got cold water or hot water only and very little flow. Room smell awful.

The staff is wonderfully accommodating and friendly (except in Bar area) The hotel just needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. I see people cleaning up all day but there are red splatters all inside and out of the elevators and up the walls The coffee area is not being sanitized regularly, bottles and trash behind the bedside table in the first room we were assigned and an atrocious odor from a previous guest. The new room was better. The sand dunes are barron and filled with trash, while the hotels on either side have lush sand dunes as far as the eye can see and the sand area between the back of the hotel and the dunes is full of cigarettes, animal feces, food, and trash. I didn't see anyone raking the sand or picking up anything out there and its a shame to look down from your balcony and see the sand so polluted. I hate to say anything negative about the place because the staff is so lovely but cleaning and sanitizing often used facilities needs more attention.

The property needs update bad. Bathrooms had mold on the ceilings the furnitures was very outdated and felt durty. I had the room across from the elevator, I heard it ding everytime someone got on it. A/c did not work. Very upset, will never stay there again.

I LOVED the fact that literally 2 feet away from my first floor patio was the beach!! The parking is very convenient, and the staff were great! We were next to the pool area, so it was very very noisy til like 11 pm. The room has a funky smell to it. There were stains on the blanket. It was all in all a good stay for the price.
