The living area opens up to a dining area with 6 chairs stunning kitchen with counter height bar stools all new appliances and cabinets. The owners of the property have thought of everything in stocking the kitchen from the large wine fridge Viking cookware and all the accessories and gadgets for enjoying a relaxing night in. Each of the bedrooms offer a tranquil place to catch your rest before your next big day at the beach with all new bedding and furniture and darkening curtains for late mornings. Both bathrooms have also been renovated beautifully. There is no doubt once you have stayed at 1303 Quay you will want this to be your vacation getaway for years to come!

*There is a $100 Quay Amenity Fee required due upon arrival, payable by credit card at security. This fee includes one parking pass, indoor outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, and seasonal (summer only) Café for breakfast and lunch. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost to purchase a second pass is $15.00/day or $100.00/week.

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy, please see bed sizes below:
