You will find this kitchen fully stocked with anything you will need during your vacation stay. The building offers both indoor & outdoor heated pools newly updated pickle ball court ping-pong room arcade room seasonal gift shop (open only in summer) saunas in both restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch! This lovely 3 Bedroom condo is ready to make your new vacation memories!

*There is a required $100 Quay Amenity Fee due upon arrival, payable by credit card at security. This fee includes one parking pass. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Clean, comfortable & convenient!

Great condo. Location & view was amazing. Clean with upgraded appliances. Comfortable stay for 10 ppl. We really enjoyed it. Better than expected would rent again.

We loved it. The condo was great. Spacious, clean, beds very comfortable. Washer/dryer worked great. Water pressure in bathrooms were good. Just a few things maybe could have been a little cleaner when we arrived but all in all would definitely recommend and stay again!

The Quay

The condo was wonderful - very well appointed kitchen, comfortable accommodations, awesome views. Loved the open layout. 5 stars. We were not able to get into our room at the designated time, and when we finally got our keys, the cleaning crew was still there, needing 30 more minutes. We received misinformation about a parking lot across the street - were told it was free. It was not. Then there was the fire alarm. Building vacated.
