Book this comfortably appointed, oceanfront condo at English Towers and forget about day to day life for awhile. Once settled in, the options are simple: head straight to the beach and put your toes in the sand, take a few steps onto your balcony and immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of the waves, or recline and take a breather in your air-conditioned living room. This condo has three bedrooms and two baths, a full kitchen, separate dining area for family meal time and unimpeded views of the ocean. English Towers has much sought after amenities including an elevator, fitness room, and an indoor pool (closed Jan and Feb). The building is conveniently located on 100th street near great restaurants, the library, and the ACME shopping center. Accommodating up to eight guests, the bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, a queen in bedroom 2, a queen and single in bedroom 3, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Guest supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Internet/WiFi available for a fee: 3 day $24.95, 4 day $29.95, 7 day $49.95. TV's are streaming only - this owner provides YouTube TV at no cost to guests. For those that are interested in using the fitness room, the building requires a $10 cash deposit which is refundable at departure
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Disappointingly Dirty

Location was great. However, this place was filthy; the pictures make it look much better than it was. The furniture was dirty, the cleaning was bad, balcony furniture rusty, dresser drawers were broken, the washer didn’t spin well, the dryer took forever, the kitchen had dirty drawers and utensils and there was dried blood on one of the pillow protectors. Yuck!!!!
