Only 1 block to the beach makes this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Ocean Side condo the best at the beach. Experience Ocean Views directly from the balcony. Location is essential when vacationing in Ocean City. Not only is the beach and ocean easy to access, you can walk to the grocery store, CVS, gas station, Starbucks, numerous restaurants including Tail Chasers, Crabcake Factory and the Green Turtle. Dedicated dining space, washer and dryer in unit and outdoor dining space. 1 Dedicated parking spot
Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo was very nice. You can tell the building is older but the condo had been updated nicely. Close to the beach, restaurants, and a grocery store across the street. Would definitely stay there again
