Sunset Island is a private Bay Front community, conveniently located on 67th street in Ocean City, MD. This luxurious resort features anything you need for a safe and sound family vacation. Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island offers Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Restaurant, General Store, 24 Hour Security With Gated Access, and Interactive Fountain and great community activities. Short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets,  Fager's Island,  Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more! 
Amenity Fees: $220.00 covers 6 facility & 3 parking passes.  Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week.

Sunset Island Labor Day Weekend Trip

Property was dirty and heavily “lived in”. The stairway and landing from the first to second floors had extensive black staining on all the carpets. The fire alarms went off 5 times (all during overnight hours). Three times between 2-3am, once between 4-5am, and once between 5-6am. EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. All were asleep and not cooking, etc. Terrible experience. There was very little cookware or accessories in the house. Listing stated “first time being rented, never rented before”. However, this place was in terrible condition.

Sunset Island 25 Canal Side Mews Review

Very nice property and stay. The only thing I would have liked would have been a unit with a view of the bay such as the one where we stayed at Harbour Island for years. However, I will definitely consider the same Sunset Island property for next year again. It was perfect for our family.
