Welcome to Breakaway 107: 1st floor, oceanfront 1- bedroom, 1.5 bath condo in North Ocean City, Maryland, on 134th street. Your family of 6 will enjoy this cozy and adorable Oceanfront condo that is close to shopping, dining and entertainment. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The bedroom features a queen bed and Twin Bunk beds, a tv and a ½ bath. The hall bath features a shower/tub combo. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa. The unit also features a washer/dryer combo for your convenience, plus cable television and internet to keep you connected. This property rents any three nights.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Loved the location and the cute little condo. Going to retrieve the key and returning it is an inconvenience. The washer/dryer unit wasn’t working & central reservations weren’t very helpful in addressing the issue, however no fault to the owner and it was addressed by them in an acceptable way. Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. Great location if you want super easy access to the beach and a less crowded area from the high rises.
