We originally were in one room. It smelly very old and was outdated. Then a pipe burst and we were moved to a different room but it wasn’t ready so we had to move our stuff out to our vehicle then check back in late at night after a festival and bring everything back in. They wouldn’t give us the keys early or let us move our stuff before heading out for the day. Very inconvenient.

Needed a quick place to sleep for the night due to needing to be in OC early in the morning. Check in and out was easy & quick. Did have to go to desk for more towels. 3 of us and only 2 towels. AC was off when we arrived but cooled down quick. Price was great but very out dated. Curtains don’t block all outside light! Over all 4/5 stars.

huge gap around the door, no seal from weather, tv wouldnt connect to any channels, very little water pressure at shower head. Stains on the floor and the couch. smelled like pee when we walked in.

Older hotel, great location, no frills but convenient and clean rooms. Nothing special to mention. Budget friendly considering other options. Heated pool was a plus, no breakfast offered but plenty of nearby options within walking distance. I'd stay again for the value and location!

It was a great place to stay especially for the price and a heated pool, only downfall is I didn't realize the boardwalk was at least 10 blocks away but a lot of other hotels were even further than this one.

It was in a great area. Not too far from the boardwalk with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Beach bus stop was very close and just a few steps from the beach. Very friendly staff and rooms were clean and comfortable. Jolly roger park was across the road and there was parking on site as well as a pool.

Good area for what we were needing. Close to boardwalk and shuttle. Plenty of restaurants close by and friendly staff. Only complaint is that i wish they had a hair dryer in room and iron
