Tiburon 10A is a 2 BR/2 BA unit located on the third floor of a residential area of North Ocean City. Just inside the entrance is a bonus space that makes a perfect play area or storage area for your belongings. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counters. The living room and dining are comfortably furnished. Counter stools provide additional seating. Outside you'll find a courtyard, tennis courts and pool that provide the perfect places to relax outdoors without leaving the property. TIburon is located on the bayside at 139th St. The Fenwick Island Lighthouse, restaurants, and Old Pro Golf are within easy walking distance. Non-smoking. No pets, please. There is two parking spots.
