Liked the location and convenience to the beach. It was clean but dated and could use a lot of upgrades. Negatives: not a lot of parking, one slow elevator, didn’t get housekeeping and had to ask for more towels (was told they only had 1 wash cloth left), small pools and one didn’t have any clean towels, light coming through uncovered windows at night, and the noise… it’s right next to a Hooters and you can hear the music until midnight at least. Also the doors to other rooms slam shut and is very disruptive.

I liked the room and how close it was too so many things. Didn’t have hot water, no AC, and nobody came to room everyday to offer new towels or trash bags. When we requested they said they’d be up and then would never come.

Pullout couch had no sheets and front desk couldnt get us any. 4 towels per room even though it sleeps 6. Bald manager was rude. Literally had to steal towels from house keeping room just to shower. 3 block walk to park car. Then they yelled at me for using the room cart to take my luggage to the car.

I enjoyed my stay once we finally received our room keys. Check-in was at 4pm but our rooms weren’t ready until 5:30-6. The front desk clerks were really nice and it was out of their control. Manager had no care in the world. The hotel was nice yes I would go back and stay!!!!!
